Topper, who hails from Morrisville, Pennsylvania, was a very active cadet. He came to B.lVI.l, four years ago after attending Pennsbury High School. An ag- gressive student, he has made many friends among the Cadet Corps. Topper was one of the mainstays on the tennis team, having been captain for the past two years. He has proven himself reliable and trustworthy in the military field, being a Lieutenant in B company. Whichever college he enters, we are sure he will find success.
