BATTALICN STAFF The smallest and yet one of the most important organizations in the corps is the Battalion Staff which is under the excellent supervision of Cadet Ltr Colonel Anthony Carabelli. Second in command on the staff is the Adjutant, Cadet Lieutenant Edward Garton, Between these two cadets lies the problem of not only running the Battalion but also of seeing that the other members on the staff do their job. Every successful unit needs a Supply Olhcer and it is on the staff that we find Lieutenant Erwin Apell, assisted by Sergeants Byer and Willis. Cadet Master Sergeant Edel is the Assistant Adju- tant and Cadet Lieutenant john Uribe is the Upper School officer in charge of D Company. With the excellent job which the staff has been doing this year's Corps of Cadets has been very successful, in not only meeting the military requirements but in helping maintain high morale throughout the Battalion. . a' 'g'1vE r . .
