To Mr. Howard E. Husker, we, the Senior Class of 1954, are proud and happy to dedicate our edition of the Sword and Sabre. Through the years we have spent at B.M.I., we have come to know Mr. Husker not only as teacher and coach, but also as counselor and friend. His skill as an instructor has enabled us to do well in our advanced courses. Often, when in need of advice, we have gone to him and always found him ready with friendly and helpful wisdom. Beside his constant concern with school activities and sports, Mr. Husker is also secretary of the Alumni Association and editor of the Alumni Bulletin, both of which are rather thankless jobs, yet he has taken them on because of his willingness to help out where needed. For these reasons and many, many more, we are happy to dedicate to Mr. Husker this book. With this dedication go the heartfelt and sincere wishes of the Class of 1954 for all the good things that life can bring. The Class of 1954
