The young men on the team were always willing to work hard and have a positive attitude. This in my opinion was a way to be successful. They never gave and kept fighting to win. The team consisted of Seniors Tony Akers, Frank Berryman, Jerry Kir- chgessner, Rich Hurst, Richie Rice, Gary Smith, Bob Scott, and Tony Wagoner and Juniors Randy Hein and Doun Nunn. In the five wins we had we defeated two of the largest schools on our schedule, Charlestown and Clarksville. We were competitive in almost all the games we played. Leading scorers were Tony Akers and Jerry Kirchgessner 14.6 and 15.4 points per game respectively. Leading re- bounders were Jerry Kirchgessner and Frank Berryman. The school added a new teacher to the ad- ministration, but as well gained a new prin- cipal and secretary. The principal, Mr. Wayne Hobbs, and secretary, Mrs. Triva Martin, have worked hard to make pro- gress for the school. Mr. Hobbs isn't afraid of changes, he is willing to listen and try to do the best for the school. This year has went well for the elementary and hopefully this year's suc-' cess will continue on to the coming years. night aboveT Mr. Wayne Hobbs at his desk in his new office. tright bottomT Mrs. Triva Martin also at her desk in the new office. tbelowT Mr. Hobbs in his old office. 4.4;- E; E x i; ?- ; 3, i i DANNY DA ws Oakland City College, 3.3. f Indiana University, MS.
