The Borah Faith Club and the Varsity and sophomore Cheerlead- ers dedicated the major portion of this 1972-1973 school year towards the raising of spirit amongst the members of the stu- dent body. Despite rain or sleet or even snow, these willing individu- als showed up at every game to cheer the Borah Lions onto vic- tory. This year, varsity cheerleader Vicki Kelly was elected to the honor of reigning as Homecoming Queen. Sherry Bonner was also chosen as a finalist in the race for Queen. Sophomore Lion Cheer- leaders helped the varsity Cheer- leaders during the varsity games, but did their own cheerleading for the sophomore games.
