s Q5 4 2 ' I5', K O' -'gm . The Borah Student Experience Pro- gram was a great success this year, as a high number of students enrolled to help in the grade schools. One or two periods a day were set aside for this project when the students tutored grade school children in Art, Social Studies, Math, and Reading. With the end of the Football season, the Idaho Statesmen nabbed nine Borah players to be members of the All-city team. The boys were honored with a banquet featuring guests and team membersvlrom the other schools. Mr. Binder's junior history classes reviewed the Kent State riot again this year. Senior boys were used as the Ohio policemen and Senior American Government classes performed the riot. The familiar No Pigs on Campus chant could be heard throughout the school. As an ending to the basketball sea- son, the students got together to bring back the 1950's in Flashback Friday. Everyone dressed in the wear of the 50's. An assembly was held in the morning. Along with the skits, the main feature was a dance marathon on the gym floor. Teachers and students did the Jitter-bug to 1950's music.
