,ii - .n. The winter days at Borah were high- lighted through the Christmas celebra- -ag tion week. At the beginning of the week the Student Council members decorated a Christmas tree for the main office. Two evenings were also set aside for the annual Deck the Halls competi- tion. Sophomore, Junior, and Senior halls were decked with many kinds of decorations to bring out the Christmas atmosphere at Borah. During the week the Drama Club trav- eled to many Boise grade schools to perform a children's play, titled Bilbo Baggins. Evening performances were also shown for the Borah students and the Boise public. As a finale of the week, the music department entertained the Student body with the annual Christmas assem- bly. The winner of the Deck the Halls competition was also announced with the senior class receiving the award. ABOVE: Foreign exchange students entertain the Borah student body in the AFS assembly.
