LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the members of the 1953 Senior Class of the Boonville High School, realizing the proximity of our departure from this institution, do assemble and discretely divide our coveted possessions in this, our Last Will and Jestament. ARTICLE I Section I. For his undying interest in each student as an individual, we extend heartfelt thanks to our beloved principal and comrade, Mr. Albert Martin. Section II. To the members of the faculty, who have helped mold us for the roles for which we aspire in life, we extend our sincere thanks. Section III. Though we would like to live forever in the halls of mathematics and literature, we reluctantly give our cherished positions to the Junior Class. ARTICLE II Section I. Shirley Allen wills her position as editor of the annual to Sanders Draughn. Section II» Bennett Steelman wills the Student Council Presidency to Wayne Holt. Section III. Billy Smitherman and Paul Hinshaw leave their places as managers of the Basketboll teams to George Wilkins and Max Reece. Section IV. Shirley Wagoner, Ann Groce, and Shirley Moxley leave their organization as The Three Musketeers to Evelyn Moxley, Nancy Sue Brown and Frances Vestal. Section V. John L. Cave wills his position of coaching the Midgets to Red Willard. Section VI. Grace Williams wills her “quiet as a mouse ways to Nancy Ann Brown and Dorothy Jean Casstevens. Section VTI. Josephine Collins and June Webb leave their ability to get a man and Keep him to anybody who might need it. Section VIII. Morgarette Gwynn wills her brains to Shirley Riggan. Though Shirley has a surplus of her own perhaps she can find a use for Margorette's. Section IX. Denny Roy Hobson wills his bus to Billy Dale Harris. Section X. Lena Hobson wills her ability to play housewife to cows to Ann Hobson. Section XI. Mary Jester wills her height to Shirley Winters. Section XII. Shirley Johnson wills her love for college men to Martha Leigh Moxley. Section XIII. Jimmy Davis wills his quiet ways to James Tharrington, with hopes that James will make good use of them. Section XIV. Scrooge leaves his wimmen to Sherrill Porker. Section XV. Betty Jane Moxley leaves to Gaynell her position as captain of the girls' basketball team. Section XVI. Billy Hayes Simpson wills his wonderful personality to June Johnson. Section XVII. Peggy Lou Snow wills her typewriter to anyone who can use it. Section XVIII. Nancy Baker wills her ability to go steady and like it to Wilma Moxley. Section XIX. Edward Brown wills his ability at the keyboard to Claudette Hemric. Section XX. Roy Casstevens wills his ability to get by with murder in Miss Day's English class to Benny Pendry, Section XXI. J.D. Cave wills his gift of gab to Jerry Prim. Section XXII. Marie wills her place down at the store to Kay Swaim. Section XXIII. Cora Lee Crissman wills her place as co-chief cheerleader to Hilda Gay Adams. Section XXIV. Morrison Gwynn wills his witty ways to Wayne Vestal. Section XXV. Clara Hobson wills her long, blond hair to June Johnson. Section XXVI. Joe Reece wills his interest in everything to James Smith. Section XXII. John Reece leaves his Toni to Wayne Holt. Section XXVII. Donna Wood and Ophelia Ring will their undying love for each other to eoch other. Section XXIX. Dan Wilhelm wills his ability to get by with having parties in Sociology to Jerry Prim . Section XXX. Gcace Taylor wills her dreamy ways to Mattie Fletcher. Section XXXI.
