CU..-ass Hxsrogyg 1 The Freshman class of l956 enrolled with thirty-four students, The class was sponsored by Mr. Brooks and Miss Woody. Except for the trip to Yorvale Crag, the year passed uneventfully. During the sophomore year, the class went to Sulphur Springs. Mr. Deal was the class sponsor. The Junior year was a busy one for every member of the class. The juniors entertained the seniors at a banquet, and afterward a picture show. The school sponsored a popularity contest which was won by a junior, Aileen Johnson. Miss Hayes was our sponsor. Our senior year was destined to be the outstanding year of the class. The sponsor- ing of the year book was an outstanding accomplishment. Several members of the class helped the school to win the Journal-Sentinel Girls' basket-ball tournament.
