Girls from freshmen to seniors participated in a lively program of afterschool sports coached by Mrs. Hafer, Miss Melosi, and Miss Taylor. Basketball seemed to take the spotlight and keen competition between class teams kept every girl on her toes. During the Student Government Week, the girls played a fast-moving game against the faculty. Although they fought hard the faculty had to bow down to the students with a score of 44 - 15.
