Shay's high school days have many delights, but they can't compare with her high school nights. The graduating class of 1960, began school at many different places. L. Cam- eron, L. Darland,J. Gillespie, D. Huntley, A. Huschka, B. Kamp, M. Lerdal, D. Mandsager, J. Martin, R. Nerem, R. Nissen, D. Roseberry, I. Skiye, J. Tjelle, M. Trask, and S. Zentner started at Renwick. L. Engstrom, and K. Friday started at Ver- non. D. Bird, D. Johnson, D. McKenna, and I. Weyer started at Hardy. Others who have joined the class along the way are R. Bottin, I. Heggen, P. Heggen, S. Kraft, D. Oberhelman, and S. Riley. We became a part of Boone Valley High School at the beginning of the freshman year. The class officers were: President, D. Roseberryg Vice President, D. Mand- sagerg Secretary, K. Fridayg Treasurer, R. Nerem. The class officers for the sophomore year were: President, D. Mandsager: Vice President, D. Roseberryg Secretary, I. Gregory: Treasurer, S. Zentner. I The highligrts of the junior year were the class play It's a Girl' and the Junior- Senior Banquet, A Southern Plantation. We sold refreshments at football and basket- ball games to earn money for the banquet. We also won flrst prize on our Homecom- ing float. The class officers were: President, D. Roseberry: Vice President, D. Mand sagerg Secretary, M. Lerdalg Treasurer, I. Martin. One of the highlights of our senior year was the trip to Waterloo. Other highlights included a visit to the Humboldt courthouse, the class play, and skip day. The class officers were: President, D. Mandsager: Vice President, D. Roseberryg Secretary, J.
