Student Council We WANT TH!-J FACTS, just the facts, ma'am. Yes, we need the facts in order to improve Boone High's Student Council. We of the Council feel much has been accomplished towards this goal. This year Boone's Student Council drew up a new constitution which provides for a new mem- bership system and a calendar of events to be sponsored by the group. The new membership plan provides for three of the members to serve an extra term. lt is hoped that with several ex- perienced members, the group will start action :4 with a 'bang' in the fall. Able ollicers this year were Don Jaschke. presidentg ,lim Brannon, vice-president: Ruth Ann McCall, secretary: Joyce McPherson. treasurer: and Bob Barry, sergeant at arms. Mr. Lovin acted as advisor. Remember. the Student Council is your organi- zation. Through the activities of the council it is possible for the students to voice their opin- ions.
