H0l0l'l 0ClllTlll QUILL AND SCROLL Quill and'Scroll is an international journal- istic organization. To be eligible for member- ship one must be at least a junior. be in the upper one-third of his class. and have his name submitted by the sponsor of Scroll or Bumble B for approval by the national sec- retary-treasurer. Neyx' members are taken in in the fall and spring of each year. They are informally in- itiated during the day at school. but the form- al induction into the society takes place at a banquet in the evening. This year Bob Lamb has served as president.
