J ROTC Unit Established at The Navel junior Reserve Officer's Training Corps Unit assists the school in its goal of developing responsible and mature citizens. As authorized by congressional act, the secretary of the navy has established the NJROTC in order to offer to selected young men of high school age the opportunity to embark on an interesting and challenging experience as naval cadets.
