J ROTC Unit Established at The Navel junior Reserve Officer's Training Corps Unit assists the school in its goal of developing responsible and mature citizens. As authorized by congressional act, the secretary of the navy has established the NJROTC in order to offer to selected young men of high school age the opportunity to embark on an interesting and challenging experience as naval cadets. German Club Visits The German mbassy The German Club members are involved in learning more about the culture of the Germans. Their focal point is the speaking of German fluently. The Club, however, decided to get more first hand knowledge of the life of the Ger- mans. They visited the German Embassy in Washington, D. C. and returned home as a much better informed group.
