We, the class of 1957, realize that the past is behind us and we must prepare for the future goals we seek. Having reached the half round on our ' X ladder of success, we know that it was N F only due to the cooperation ofour teachers ii' and fellow students. We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our advisors, Miss Campbell, Mrs. Johnson and Mr. Young for their cooperation in helping us to publish this year's annual. We hope the Pioneer, this year. will give the underclassmen a fleeting view of our past activities, and inspire them to work more diligently for the goal they wish to ascer- tain. Although memory serves as a bridge between the past and present, the weathering of the years often deteriorates this delicate structure. For this reason, we have attempted to recapture the spirit of the 1956-57 school year in the pages of this annual. May it always serve as a reminder of the happy days of our lives spent at B. T.
