We have worked with our teachers to promote the various activities of the school. HARRIETTE ROGERS was elected queen of the class and represented the class at The Annual Harvest Festival . Mesdames LIZZIE WALKER and PAULINE THRASHER were her attendants, MR. JAMES JOHNSON is active in every phase of our sch0ol's programs, MR, JOHN MA'I'1 OX isa Patrolman. MRS, BESSIE BOWMAN is ai Patrolwoman. MISS ROSA CLAY and MISS BERTHA COLBERT, two of our talented singers, appeared on the annual Stunt Night program Thursday, March I4, 1957. MRS. EDITH B. REID, our teacher, has donea wonderful job in preparing us for the future. CONGRATULATIONS and best wishes to our teacher who was elected TliACllliR OF THE YEAR by the faculty. Among our activities, we include our contributions to the various campaigns on the campus, the lovely Christmas party we all enjoyed and many other things. During the Harvest Festival our queens were: Misses Doris Jane Robinson, Bernice B. Wimberly, and Virginia L. Colbert, they were three of the prettiest queens in the Harvest Festival Royal Court. With such leaders as: Otis Gardner as President, Christine Perryman as Vice-President, and Bernice Wimberly as Secretary, we hope to achieve greater things in the future.
