. .And The Dedicatee! When the Totem Pole staff selects the dedicatee for the year it usually thinks in terms of a teacher who has given many years of service to Bonner High. This year's dedicatee was selected for other reasons— he is a living example of the yearbook theme, A Time of Change ' He has kept up with 'time and with change' and because he has, he has made real and lasting contribu- tions to our school and its image in the past four years. The versatility of this man shows his qualifications— he is a sports man but he appreciates the academic achievements and added to our school the high honor corps. The rigidity of the past has been relaxed as he agreed to a change in the dress code, liberalized the attendance policy, agreed to a senior week, expanded the curriculum wherever possible and became the first principal in the State of Kansas to agree to a smoking patio. Meanwhile, his door has always been open to students and faculty and members of the community. Bonner's Image is brighter than ever before, thanks to you, Mr. Don Stokesbury.

Don Stokesbury A MAN OF MANY FACETS Mr. Don Stokesbury is our man of many facets. Not only does he serve well in the capacity of administrator, but also as a master of ceremonies, janitor, and ambassador of the school. Being an administrator is not a 7:45 to 2:35 job. He must also attend school functions from banquets to athletic events, to staying after a dance to clean up.

AGILTY Our faculty is the catalyst for change in us. They know that change comes from inquiry, exposure to knowledge and ideas, experiences and effort. With patience, understanding and knowledge, they give us opportunities to inquire, unfold knowledge for us to understand, lead us into the land of experience and depend upon our efforts to keep us in a state of constant discovery. In four short years they have contrib- uted greatly to our lives and to the change which has taken place in us.
