The Honored Bonita Vista C.S.F. is the goal of all tenth grade students. Points are received for academic subjects, a few non-academic courses, and several extracurricular activities. An A is counted as three points and a B as one. A C does not count and a D or F automatically disqualities the student. A total of ten points must be earned a semester in order to become a member. For high ability in academic subjects a student becomes a member ot the Scholarship Club. When he has been a member for six quarters he will receive a silver pin. For nine quarters a gold pin is awarded. Courtesy, reliability, and co-operation are among the requirements for the Citizenship Club. For seven quarters a student is presented with a silver pin, and for ten quarters he receives a gold pin. Scholarship and Citizenship clubs are open to all 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students. Advisor-Mrs. Shuman.
