Anticipation was at its peak as Terry Bowers was crowned the first Bonita Vista High Football Queen. Terry reigned over our 1966-67 Football Dance. Paula Quethera, Chris Nliles, Sharon Brackin, and Barbara Howard competed against Terry for the title. The girls were each introduced to the student body at an assembly. Our queen, Terry, is a peppy brown- eyed brunette known around school for her exceptional enthusiasm. Cheerlead- ing, one of her favorite activities, occu- pies much of her spare time. Terry represented Bonita Vista High at the Chula Vista Christmas Parade, as did the other Homecoming Queens from this area. Surprised but happy Terry is crowned our first Football Queen by Doug Single. 'az Wfrfxigfg All of the lovely candidates for Bonita Vista's first Football Queen deserved the honor of selection. From left to right are Chris lVliles, Barbara Howard, Terry Bowers, Sharon Brackin, and Paula Quethera.
