Dorcas Wolfe wills her gift of gab to next-years bookkeeping class. Ed Hewitt wills his smoke rings to anyone who can master the task, Steve Wolfe leaves his new Ford to anyone who can meet the payments. Colleen Williamson wills her penny in her shoe to anyone who needs good luck. Ronnie Kinney leaves to collect his Senior miniature class pictures. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR Midnight: Judy hears her mother hit the floor upstairs, so she says, Bye, Larry, 12:15 Ron takes Barbara home. 12:31 Vernon and Charles are still working Csawing logs.J 1:00 Colleen wakes up to hear cuckoo clock. 1:30 Audrey and Loretta cook breakfast for John and Lee 1:48 Charles tells Kay goodnight. 1:57 Ron finally leaves Barb's. 2:13 Steve gets home from Naval Reserve meeting??? 2:30 Lee and John head for home. 3:00 Dave FINALLY gets home. ' 3:15 All seniors are cuddled up in the cozy little beds slumbering soundly, 3:49 Judy wakes up screaming from a bad dream. 4:00 Ronnie gets up and prepares to start on milk route. 4:58 Dorcas is talking in her sleep. 5:30 The alarm goes off and Lee lets Dad get up and start chores, 5:45 Colleen's mother calls up the stairs, Colleen. 6:00 Mothers call all senior boys. 6:15 Rita rises to study for today's English teSt. 6:30 Dorothy gets up and sews frantically. 7:00 The rest of the seniors rise, except Barb,Judy, and Dore. Some shine and some don't. 7: 15 Marjoy puts her hair up in curlers. 7:30 Barb gets up. 7:50 Charles B. leaves home to start his morning journey on the bus route. 8:00 Karen raids her sisters' closet for clothes to wear to school. 8:07 Audrey polishes her diamond. 8:15 Marjoy starts pressing her clothes for school. 8:28 Ed Holland tries to borrow one of Dick's caps to cover his red hair. 8:35 Ed Hewitt stops at Wolfes to walk Dorcas to school, but she isn't up yet so he rides with Steve instead. 8:45 Bob goes to school on the Ferguson. 8:54 Dorcas gets up. 8:55 Buzzer rings -- nothing happens. 8:56 Miss Wesp raps on her desk 'for order. 8:59 Miss Wesp gives a lecture on Loitering on the way to class. 9:00 Buzzer rings and Dorcas comes in. 9:01 Classes pass and Barb heads for the office, 9:02 Dorcas tells last minute gossip to bookkeeping class. 9:05 Judy and Colleen look vigorously for their shorthand papers. 9:07 Dave tells physics class of his latest escapade with the police. 9:15 Mr. Anderson tells Jim, Ed, and John, All right boys, let's get to work. 9:20 Colleen finds her shorthand paper. 9:30 All classes hear a loud roar of laughter from physics class. 9:50 Karen and Deloris get an excuse from Mr. Rysdam to go press suits at 1:40. 9:55 All seniors, except Judy, go, 5 economics. 9:56 Yea!!! We have a movie. 10:00 Judy finds her shorthand paper and goes to Economics. 10:30 Movie over. Mr. Kennedy finds Lee asleep and says We like to have you relaxed, but that's carrying it too far! 10:35 Charles wants to have a class meeting. ' 10:50 Senior English class rushes?? to Mrs. Crase's room. 10:51 Ronnie and Ed Hewitt arrive at typing class, 11:00 Bob is making excuses for his wrong answers. 11:30 Mrs. Crase tells Kay to quit talking. 11:35 Loretta and Audrey compare bookkeeping answers.
