There were ninety-two new faces which, after afew days of bewilderment, adapted themselves to the run of high school life. Our first Homecoming in Bonduel High School was spent in our initiation get-up--gunny sacks and red underwear. In our first big election fhow important we thought we werej, the results Were: President, Harold Eckertg Vice President, Dean Moeschg Secretary, Maxine Koehlerg Treasurer, Lee Wolf. The next fall found us eager to take revenge on the Freshmen. It was our turn to run initiation, and run it we did! Besides making the fre shmen miser- able for a day, we initiated the six new teachers Our next accomplishment was the Sadie Hawkins dance--the first ever to be held in Bonduel High King Wolf and Queen Franckowiak reigned Maybe our Senior year in High is important but we think none of the class of 54 will forget our Junior year Royalty at our very successful Homecoming was King Dean Proper and Queen Grace Thompson Under silver raindrops and blue skies Jim Herb and Joyce Moede were crowned King and Queen of our Garden in the Rain' Junior Prom It was a big year' Our last year inthese now familiar halls has come It too has been a big year Our class was ably led by our president Don Gipp vice president Bob Dreger secretary Gerald Herman and treasurer Marge Herb Our barn dances and class play are wonderful things to remember but the most won derful of all is graduation sad but so wonderful' 'Z vs-D X-HQ? .Q Q 'rf tk Qpralt Cb s- Tw? Under the guidance of Mrs. Trent, eleven students spent an educational and enjoyable hour out in the Shack every day, Among the things they did were: drawings, lettering plates, paper mache masks, rugs, and they worked with leather and clay. Some learned to knit, and some made posters for various school events. The Annual Staff also has the Art class to thank for some of the division pages in this Bear Book. 51 R via T' V V i . ,, Q- t A U VA-, 47 'H ,M gamma' 1 1 is as M I as F ' 2-41.
