We also sponsored a bam dance which was very successful Shirley Tischer was our representative at the homecoming George Vanden Brook and Jeanette Westerfield were in the Court of Honor at the prom In thespring of the year we received our class rings. We were the class of 52 l The next year we had two important social events. The first was the homecoming, led by Jack Herb and Mary Koehler. We were proud of the fact that we won first prize on our float. The formal event of the year was the prom, honorably led by King George Vanden Brook and Queen Shirley Tischer. Our theme was Stardust with the gym beautifully decorated with silver stars. Stardust music was played by Tom Temple. A small struggle over exams and our junior year was ended. Now we are seniors. We are at the end of much but at the beginning of much more. With a happy and successful four years behind us and a little reluctance in our hearts we come to our goal, our graduation.
