They were seen at every home game. J.V. Soccer Bunny Sharon Syphus exclaimed, lt's fun! l enjoyed it! Mrs. Prybil, the techer who helped with their fundraising candy sale, stated, y The girls really seemed to care a lot about the guys' morale and the way they played. There were twenty-nine girls who were on the squad. Half of the twenty- nine were active, while others par- ticipated only during practices. Soccer Bunny Coach Mr. Lawton felt, This ac- tivity was fun for the girls, the soccer team, and myself. W. That motto stuck with 15 young ladies who were the wrestlers' own cheerleading squad. Wrestlerettes gave morale, along with food and water, to the wrestlers dur- ing every match. They went to all games, home and away. Carrie Lewis and Casey LaNoue proudly stated, l'We loved being wrestlerettes. You got to watch the guys wrestle, and you knew inside that you helped! Mr. McGuire, the Wrestling and Wrestlerette coach, shared their en- thusiasm, I loved working with the Wrestlerettes. We had lots of fun.
