ai 'Wi Throughout Bonanza's ten year history, dances in which girls invited the boys were popular. Sadie Hawkins, sponsored by the Golden Girls, took place on November 28. Students dressed in western clothing including flannel shirts, boots, and jeans. Leesa Rexroad said, We really had a heel-kickin', knee-slapping, good time! The senior class spon- sored the Girls' Reverse on February 8. The dance was held in Mardi Gras fashion, couples dressed from different time periods including prehistoric, Victorian, Roaring Twenties, and 6O's. David Packer reflected, GR 1986 was in a class of its own. It seemed everyone felt comfort- able due to the wide range of attire worn by alll These dances were creative, unique, and fun! GV l Ron McCord and Randy Miller live it up, 20's style, at the Mardi Gras. I Casper Christensen and Leona Reinhardt wore their pajamas to the Mardi Gras.
