We are a young teamg and should progress and develop by tournament time, said Mr. Harris. Above all the other school teams played, Rancho High School was picked to win and looked like the league champ this year. Coach Harris was also quoted as saying, Team attitude seemed to be healthy and our skills were fair, but we are still inexperienced.

The spirit of the Varsity team also had a strong impact on the J.V. team. Under the leadership of Joe Barry, the J.v,,team managed, sto show great spirit and cooperation. The team worked well mental- ly as well as physically while preparing for the games. The newest member to Volley- ball was the B Team consisting of younger players who were working their way to playing on the J.V. team. The B Team lead Bonanza to a 12-3 victory for the volleyball season. The 'B' team gives the girls a chance to better their skills for striving to learn better techniques, said Shelby Bowler.
