eruors OUR years ago a trembling, fearful horde of Freshmen 'invaded the portals of Bolton. They were like any other Freshman class-nondescript, frightened, immature, disorganized. This is the class that stands today ready to step out of these portals for the last time as students of Bolton High School. Every agency and force of the school has influenced the de- velopment of their character and intellect. They have had at their command the resources of fine minds and fine equipment and they leave the school, more mature, better prepared to meet the problems either of a college career or entrance into the adult world. Where four years ago, to the casual glance, there was little distinction among them, today orators and athletes, honor roll students, school leaders, and good followers stand out for their achievements. Tomorrow they will be gone-but each will remain an integral part of the tradition of Bolton so far as they have given of themselves to her and eagerly received everything she had to offer. Janice and Josephine were good editors, T. J. made football history, Warren was a swell cheerleader and canteen manager, Thomas guided the class through stormy waters, Etta Mae was fun and crazy, Deniston made his straight A's. Vivian was a lovely campus queen. Every member of the class contributed to its history. Though they, though only an echo of their names remains, still as long as Bolton stands they will be a part of its every accomplishment. 4125
