SECRETARIES Mrs McMahon Mrs Fenton Mrs Crone Mrs Stanford Mrs Harris Mrs Dean Mrs Cashatt NURSE The school nurse meets many students upon the unfortunate occasions of scrapes, cuts, bruises, and illnesses. Besides taking care of these students, which makes up much of her job, she must test the vision and hearing of all students. The secretaries are an efficient, hard-working group. Together they keep accurate school records of numerous items and are always busy typing, answering the phone, or doing some sort of paperwork. They are an aid to administration, faculty, and students alike. 21

They schedule each student with classes suited to his abilities and interests and guide him towards certain vo- cational areas. They speak with each student individually, making sure that required courses are being taken and that enough credits will be accumulated to graduate. .iKiso, for these students who wish to go to college, information about different schools, requirements, and scholar- ships are made available.
