QUEEN An attractive senior girl, Kay Hines, was elected by the stu body to reign over the homecoming activities. Kay has been in R Rooters four years, F.H.A. three years, and Drum Corps four year This year she holds an office in each, being reporter of the Royal Rooters, treasurer of the F.H.A . , and president of the Drum Corp She has also been a member of the Senior Play cast, the Librerato Staff. and the Annual Staff. All the students at B.H.S. realize that very few people coul have more poise and personality than Kay. She is especially note for her ever-existing smile and pleasant laughter. Because of her enthusiastic interest and support of the Liberators, everyone agrees that Kay was an excellent choice for the 1960 Homecoming Queen 3 xxx l 4'a Kay Hines $0 KING No one deserved more to be this year's Homecoming King than the well-built senior, Bill Mincks. In his four years at Bolivar High School B111 has participated in every sport. He has lettered in football four years and was a tri-captain this year. He has also lettered in basketball three years, track three years, and baseball one year. As a result of these accomplishments, Bill was selected the most athletic boy in the senior class. He has been in B Club for four years and was elected their vice-president his senior year. Bill Mincks was indeed an excellent choice for the 1960 Homecoming King. 68

King Robert Richner, an active senior athlete, was selected by the Royal Rooters to be Prince Charming of the Athletic Banquet. Robert has participated in many activities during the three years he has attended BHS. He has lettered in football and basketball three years, and played on the basketball team that made State Championship his junior year. Robert's friendly disposition and winning smile make the students of BHS proud of the Royal Rooters choice for Prince Charming. Queen Lovely Miss Sharon Shell was chosen by the B Club to reign as the 1961 Athletic Banquet Queen. During the past four years she has been active in music. Royal Rooters, FHA, and Drum Corps. She has served loyally all four years as a cheerleader. Because of Sharon's friendly personality and untiring enthusiasm, everyone is well pleased with the B Club's choice of a queen.
