Football The 1950-51 football team continued on its undefeated path this season by adding seven more victories to its fourteen previous victories making a total of 21 games won against no losses. The last time a bulldog team was defeated was in 1948 by Wellsville High. Our new grandstand and a press box were initiated this season. The Oil Bowl invitational game - Bolivar vs. Duffy High of Niagara Falls was another first for Bolivar's team. Bolivar defeated Duffy 32-0, Bolivar placed six men out of a possible eleven on the annual Olean Times Herald All Star Team. They were Co-Captains Brad Hall and llarry Cummings, Don Lounsberry, Russ Lewis, Wayne Torrey, and Ed Wallace. Bolivar is making football history having had an undefeated team for the past two years. This year for the fifth consecutive year our team was the top team in the All e-C att League.
