Ron Mallonee, who played a bang - up ball game, missed two game-deciding gift tosses in the final seconds of the game. cd 'N to FN, G r a de Basketball Mr. Gust had a red hot Grade School team this year. Coach Gust was aided in his coaching chores by Mike Keller. This was the first year a student instructor was used and Mike turned in a very commend- able job. It ran over all its competition except Pe Ell. They tied for first place with Pe Ell but lost to the same team in the playoffs. Clyde Hughes and Gene Smith were the big guns, each one racking up a good share of points.
