This year the club chose for its theme. What it means to be the wife oi a professional man. To carry out the theme. the members heard a series of talks from wives ot men in different professions. Lola Dickerson led the club first semester as president and was assisted by Mary Ienkins. vice-president. and Mary Stuart, secretary- treasurer. New officers chosen for second semester were: Bonnie Crad- dock, president: Ellen Roberts. vice-president and treasurer: and Ieanie Fesler, secretary.

Warned f-faaacdatdan he Student Nurses Association was organized this year by the new nursing class at BIC. The purpose of this organization is to promote higher standards of work and scholarship, and to develop a spirit of unity among the student nurses. Since this was the first year for the nursing program at BIC, the meetings were held primarily for the purpose of organizing the new association. A constitution was drawn up and a standard uniform for the girls was designed. The officers were: president, Ian Pierce: vice-president, Shirlene Linderer: and secretary-treasurer, Sharon Newman. The advisor was Miss Florence Miles.

Leadership was administered by Lee Pinson, president first semester: Ioretta Moeller, president second semester: Ioann Lober, vice-president and treasurer: Ann Strohmenger, secretary: Iackie Rivett, social chairman: Anna Lawwill, publicity chairman. Adivsor was Miss Hazel Roe. The B-Cubes, in their traditional orange and blue outfits, aided at games, sold candy in the halls, made a float for Homecoming, and spon- sored the Cotton Swing in the spring. In general, their aim was to add pep to the school.
