SAK Pageant Highlights Year SAK wasted no time getting into the swing of things this year. During Au- gust, SAK could be found making ban- ners and tags for the coming football season or, later in the month, at Prep Week welcoming freshmen to BHS. Homecoming activities brought fun and hard work, SAK then followed the Jacks into state play-offs with still more banners. SAK was proud of their new pledges and welcomed them into the club with a swimming party. Christmas festivities were held at the Griffith's, afterwards, all went carol- ing and delivered several fruit baskets. SAK's annual Little Miss Pageant had a new twist this year-the Little Mister division. The pageant was very successful and was enjoyed by all. The Sr. Banquet, a trip to Ponchatrain Beach, and a drive for the Cancer Fund ended this busy year. SAK then made their way to Florida to rest up for next year. l.
