at the Induction Ceremon The National Honor Society is an organization made up of those BHS students who were chosen because of their abilities in service, character, leadership, and scholarship. The club's main service came at Christmas when they held a can- ned food drive on campus to help feed the hungry. The club inducted its nineteen new members at the end of April at a ceremony held at Saxon Hall. The members were officially in after repeating the oath read by Audrey Seewald, President of the NHS. Honor Graduates of 1985 There were sixteen honor Graduates in the 1984-85 school year. Each had a 4.0 GPA or better. These students achieved excellence throughout their four years of high school. Most of them were in such clubs as the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta. Our Valedictorian, Audrey Seewald, will be atten- ding Texas Christian University. The Salutatorian, David Kilgore, will be attending the University of Texas at San Antonio. Other Honor students will be attending school at 55 various colleges and universities around the state.
