Ro al Belles Promote Spirit The Royal Belles for 1985 were the largest group for the organization since they were created. They par- ticipated in the victory lines at football games and cheering sections at most ball games. They promoted spirit throughout the school year and were involved in fund-raisers for the Royal-Cheer Booster Club. The next step for these girls is to become either a cheerleader or a Royalette. These girls will be our next spirit leaders. The Boerne High School Royalettes put forth great effort to promote spirit and pride in Boerne. They at- tended football and basketball games to cheer on the teams. The Royalet- tes went to summer camp and won Sweepstakes for their hard work. In March, they participated in Marching Auxiliaries Competition where they received two superior ratings for their jazz and novelty routines, and an excellent rating for their kick routine. The Royalettes finished the year with the Spring Show where they performed many routines and the new Royalettes were announc- ed.
