Helen Atkinson The Yap THE YAPS are the voice behind the Grey- hounds. Even their name implies that these girls are hard working, fun loving, and loyal Greyhound fans. Through the whole1954 season, the girls were seen at the games and at the pep- rallies, yelling and cheering their team. With their new uniforms and many talents, they pranced down the fields giving that glow which c an only be seen at afootball game. Like the Greyhounds, the Yaps worked as a unit with their sponsor to show the team that they were for them one hundred per cent.
