It's super to be a junior! is the general opinion of Boca Ciega's Junior Class. With the prestige of being classified among the upper classmen, yet having the happy-go-lucky attitude missed by the seniors, the junior year is one of the most ideal and most memorable. Under the leadership of their chosen class atti- cers, the juniors participated wholeheartedly in many activities throughout the year. The mass of gold and white pom-poms seen waving over the heads of the Pirate rooters at the football games was the product of the hard-work- ing junior committee. The junior class also spon- sored the traditional Homecoming Dance, Pirate Escapades, and the memorable Junior-Senior Prom. The varsity teams claimed many junior members, showing promise and enthusiasm in the athletic department.
