The National Honor Society is a nation-wide honorary organization. The membership is limited to 5M of the iunior class and 161: of the senior class. The students are chosen on the basis of their scholastic average, leadership in school, and their service to the community. There are two tappings a year. The first one in the fall is the tapping of the seniors and the final tapping of the iuniors in the spring. This year the Boca Ciega Chapter had as its project the state convention.
