A. initiation. 3-4-Seniors presented Girl Shy. 5-Band and orchestra presented concert. 14-We defeated Delphos Iefferson in the first round of the non-county tournaments. l7eAda was defeated by Bluffton in the second tournament game. 21-Bluffton defeated St. Gerard in the semi-finals. 22-Washington's birthday, no school. 24--Bluffton defeated Coldwater for the cham- pionship of the non-county tournament! 29-Sweetheart dance is sponsored by the Tri- Hi-Y. MARCH lOeDistrict solo and ensemble contest was held at Lima. Bluffton! Get that tip! F.F.A. meeting is held in the ag. room. l3-Roman banquet. Oh, that gooey pie! 24-District band, orchestra, and chorus contest. Bluffton served as host town. 26-29-Pre-Easter devotions. 30-Easter vacation. APRIL 14-State solo and ensemble finals were held in Bowling Green. 28eBand, orchestra, and chorus state finals were held at Capital University. MAY 2-Sleepy eyed girls enjoyed Tri-Hi-Y May breakfast. 8-9--The Showboat came to town! ll-Iunior-Senior prom. Iuniors use as theme Evening in Paris. 20-Baccalaureate. 24-The class of l956 received their diplomas. 25-Whoppee! ! Last day of school. 27--Seniors started their class trip. And We did!
