You are involved in a very important period in your own lives and one of deep interest to your parents and to your school. Aristotle once said: The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet. Aristotle was saying, real enjoyment will come from a job well done--a task pursued to completion. Be sure that you are a good school citizen, that you are courteous and considerate, both in and out of school. Carry with you the good name of the school and your actions will reflect credit on it. Leaders V '55 In the shortyear that Mr. George Erps has been assistant principal at Bluefield High School, he has shown his readiness to serve the individual student as well as the school.
