IRVING JUDSON BROWN, Brownie Hallstead Track 1-2-3, Athletic Club 1-2-3-4. Brownie is a tall fun-loving boy. He has been a big asset to the Blue Ridge Track Team. He especially likes out-of-door sports such as hunting and ice skating. His favorite saying is I'll be darned! MARJORIE ELLEN BROWN, Marg'ie', New Milford Chorus 1-2-3-4, Tri-Hi-Y 1, Science Club 2, Class Treas- urer 3, Class Secretary 4, Senior and Junior Play. Margie's likes are many: dancing , saxophones, clothes, boys and cars Qespecially a red Ford from Hallsteadj. Her favorite saying is, I don't know about you. Her favorite sub- ject is English. Best of luck in everything you undertake. VIRGINIA ALICE BURD, Ginger Hallstead F.H.A. 1, Ensemble 1-2-3, Blue Ridge Chorus 2-3-4, Glee Club 4, County Chorus 4, Basketball 1-2-3, Basketball Manager 4, Class Plays 3-4. Ginger is a gay, charming person. She has been active in basketball during high school and also kept busy holding down her job at the Captiol Theatre. She can oft times be seen driv- ing Pop's Ford, as driving is one of her favorite hobbies along with sports, dating and artwork. Ginger's favorite food is Chocolate Chip ice cream. DAWN HELENE BUTTON, Dawnie Hallstead Press Club 1, F. H. A. 1, Class Plays 3-4, Blue Ridge Chorus 3-4, Glee Club 4, County Chorus 4, High School Chorus 1-2-3- 4. Dawnie is the blondie of our class. She likes horse shows, all kinds of sports, and anything a lot of fun. Her favorite food is anything that is food. Her favorite saying is Your just trying to get rid of me, I know! His favorite subject is typing a.t which he is very good. His favorite saying is, Oh joy! He likes dancing and piano play- ing. His hope for the future is to become a C. P.A. Rich's favorite hobbies are hunting and skiing. He has a great sense of humor and always has a joke on hand. His future is undecided at present. Ray who has a very exquisite taste for clothes is a well-liked member of our class. His favorite pastime is hunting. He prefers chicken to all other foods. His favorite saying is Who, not me! He plans to join the Navy after graduation. ALLYN BOOTH, Al Hallstead Rifle Club 1-2-3, Junior Play Stage Director, Senior Play Stage Director. Al is one of our ambitious boys who has worked in service stations since he could tell a windshield from a gas pump. His favorite saying is Alrighty and his favorite dish is spaghetti. After graduation he is headed for the Air Force. 12

Virginia is a quiet girl, keeping her thoughts mostly to her- self, sputtering once in a while after Commercial class. Her favorite food is Chocolate cake. She has hopes of being a sec- retary after graduation. DONALD WILLIAM COLEMAN, Donnie New Milford Chorus 1-2, Science Club 2, Hi-Y 2. Donnie is the commedian of our class, his bubbling sense of humor has broken the monotony of almost all our classes. His favorite saying is, I don't care. His likes consist of cars and roller skating. We think that Donnie will become a hotrod driver, as he loves cars and speeds.
