She would like to go to a dancing school and become an instructor. Other likes are Arthur Godfrey. typing. and boys. After graduation she will probably get a good position in an office. ROBERT ERNEST DARROW, Bob New Milford - Lordy Days! - Senior Play . Bob is very interested in electrical work. He is always taking care of tele' vision sets and radios. He likes to drive, too-just go anywhere. His favor- ite subject is math. He plans to goto college and study Electrical Engineering. BARBARA LOUISE DECKER, f'Barb Hallstead - Nuts - Ensemble 2-3-4, Basketball 1-2-3-4, Track 1-2-4, Band 1-2-3-4, Or- chestra l-2, F.H.A. Club I-2. Beneath Barb's quiet appearance is a friendly personality. Although she is quiet, her easy going manner and her personality have won her many friends. Barb is a member of ourtrackteam and a greatasset to the basketball squad. After graduation it looks as though her future lies with Jim. May all success and happiness be yours. JOAN MARIE DeLANCEY, Sparkie New Milford - That's A Lot Of Baloney! - Athletic Association 2, Track l, Mixed Chorus l-2-4, Girls' Chorus 3, Ensemble 3, Class Treasurer l, Tri-Hi-Y l-2, Cheerleader 1,2-3-4. Joan's likes are many: raising cats, playing volleyball, singing. watching basketball games. driving, and eating--particularly if the dish is spaghetti. She would like to take a trip to Bermuda. She plans to go to New York and study modeling, and insists that she will remain single. I6

She can usually be found buried deeply in a huge volume of poetry, philosophy or history. Her generosity and kind heartedness has won her many friends. Donna's ambition is to be a librarian. To her, the class wishes great success at Cornell. JANICE MARGARET BUTTON, Jan New Milford - Geez - Volleyball 3-4, Tri-Hi-Y 1, Senior Play, F. H. A. 1-2-3-4, F. H. A. Secre- tary 1, F. H. A. President 4. Among Jan's likes are horseback riding, playing volleyball, eating spaghetti, and talking. She would like to take a trip to Florida sometime. She is plan- ning to work a while and then to be married. BARBARA JEAN CLARK, Clarkie New Milford - I'l1 Bite, What Is It? - Senior Play. Clarkie likes many things: dancing, going out with the gang, sailors, ice cream, bookkeeping, and English. She wants to travel--would like to see Paris. She is planning to go on to college and major in Accounting. ROBERT BURTON COLWELL, Bob Great Bend - I Guess So - Track 1-2, Baseball 3, Chorus 1-2-3-4, Volleyball 4. Bob is the hail and hardy farmer of our class. He is quite small but he still gets around with his green truck. Bob! Where do you go with that truck? Best of luck. 15

Although he appears quiet, his mood changes when he is with his pals Bob and Gene. Bob has been an active athlete, especially in baseball and track. In his spare time he is usually found headed for New Milford. We wish you success in what ever the future holds. ANN MARIE DONAHUE, Annie Hallstead - Thatis The Way The Ball Bounces - Ensemble 1-2-3-4, F.H.A. 1, County Festival 1, Blue Ridge Concert 3-4 Class Plays 3-4, Secretary 3. Mischevious and lively well describes our Annie. Content to be friends with anyone, she has been a co-operative and willing worker, for our class in all four years of high school. Annie plans either a commercial arts or nursing career, and with a personality as fine as hers, we know she will find success in anything she does. Gene is one of the most fun loving boys in the Senior Class. His ready smile and ability to get along with people make him popular with everyone he meets. ELIZABETH JANE EBHARDT, Betty New Milford - Big Thrill! - Mixed Chorus 1-2-4, Girls Chorus 3, Stage Manager 3-4. Betty likes to read, dance, and eat, especially if it's a bigdish of spaghetti. She is planning to join the WAVES after graduation. She hopes she'll be able to do some bookkeeping, because it's a favorite of hers. 17
