Who we were introduces the students, faculty and staff members here at Blue Ridge, while What we did emphasizes the various activities, athletics, classes, and clubs that students were involved in. Due to increasing costs, the year- book remained at 112 pages, but color had to be eliminated because of the cost. We felt that the students were what made the school what it was. With that in mind, it was our goal to represent the whole student body by having everyone appear in the book at least once. This proved quite a job, as enrollment reached over 450 stu- dents, a record for the school district. Every yearbook has its problems, but Cresta Azul '79 worked hard to give Blue Ridge High School an out- standing yearbook for students to reflect back in in all the years to come.
