He was home for a little while, home on a short leave. looking fine and healthy and glad to get back. We were certainly pleased to see him once again amongst us and to hear his voice advising us-always rightly-in our plans for the future. ,ci f -Q K , 1 Qi., Ji Qliz-C dfiiim Page Eight I hear the tramp of their feet now, coming from all parts of the world, coming home .... Overhead the sky is now clearing to give place to the sun The symbol of the hope for peace getting stronger in the hearts of men As the marching comes closer To home. These marching feet have trod the four corners of the gloheg These same feet have marched thru mud, the snow, and the junglesg They have never faltered or failed in their march For Freedorng And now they are returning To home. Yes, they have covered many places you or they never thought of going: Thru small French villages darkened for fear of enemies Still carrying on their fight as hest they could g They have seen little children there in those darkened villages afraid to walk the narrow streets that they can rememher as heing so gays Deserving the name of sunny France They'll never forget these marching feet: That when leaving the village, left them Happy and free again: The glorious sun rising over their capitol once more. 19.45 Ct: i jbiilzmzi it
