Dedicated to Mr. C. Rex Scarbrough MR. SCARBROUGH After 43 years of teaching in our community Mr. C. Rex Scarbrough is retiring. A graduate of Grover Hill High School and Ohio Northern University, he began his teaching career in a one-room school in the Grover Hill District where he taught all eight grades for two years. He then moved to the Haviland District which later was ' consolidated into the Blue Creek District where he taught industrial arts until his retiring. Mr. Scarbrough coached basketball and baseball for 20 of the 41 years that he spent in the district. Many of his teams were among the top- rated teams in the area. This yearbook is dedicated to you, Mr. Scarbrough, in appreciation not only for all the work you have done for our school, but also for the inspiration and guidance that you have given us.
