MR, RAYMOND ROUGHTON Mr. Rouahton as administrator. New Superintendent The 1968-69 school year began with an en- tirely new administration. Sitting in the Super- intendent ' s chair was Mr. Raymond E. Roughton, Jr. , better known as Todd. Mr. Roughton re- ceived his A. B. Degree from Defiance College and an M.Ed. Degree from Bowling Green State University. Besides handling the job of head ad- ministrator, Mr. Roughton teaches Spanish 1 and II. Mr. Roughton and his wife, Donna, reside in Oakwood, Ohio, where he was previously prin- cipal of the Oakwood High School. We hope this year has proved to be a success- ful one for you, Mr. Roughton, and that the memories of your first year at Blue Creek will be happy ones. Mr. Roughton as a teacher.

MR. PHILLIP TROUT PrincipaVs Office Has New Leader Mr. Phillip Trout is also new this year. He holds a B. S. and an M. A. Degree in Education from Ball State University. Besides being our principal, he is the athletic director, 9th grade coach, and sponsor of the Blue Creek student council and F. T. A.
