SEPT. OCT. NOV. DEC . JAN . 10. Out all day for the Van Wert Fair. Hip Hip Hurray! 1 16. Seniors sponsored Variety Supper and a program by the Southland Singers. 20, Played a game at Antwerp tonight. Our boys really are humdingers. V School Calendar 8. Started back to school again, but only for half a day. l i We all like Mr. von Ana. We really mink has fine. ' 11. Classes elect their officers. Now who do you have in mind? it 22. Mixed Chorus had night practice. lt's really lots of fun. 23. Annual Staff was posted. Editor--Max Pease---the lucky one? 1. Watched the World Series on TV at school. , 9. Seniors had a skating party. Oh--play it cool! I 12. Most classes had their pictures taken. Now watch the birdie. 15. Seniors had theirs taken too. Make sure you're settin' pretty. V 19. Seniors were excused from school to sell ads. We worked, and we might have played. Hal 22. High school had their Halloween Party. Boy, what a parade. 23. No school because of Teachers Meeting, but none of us really cared. 26. Seniors got their proofs back. Oo ahead and look. Don't be scared. 30. .luniors had their class play. The title, Finders Creepers. 31. Tonight is Halloween, you know. What was that? OH, JEEPERSl 6. Had our first basketball game at Sherwood. Of course, our boys won. 10. Seniors had another skating party. We really did have fun. 13. Men from different Railroads came and talked to us about our class trip. Had a ball game with Grover Hill tonight. Yea, team, let er rip! l l l I I 21. Another game played tonight. Hurray! We beat H. J. ,l 23 Excused all day for hunting. Remember, only two birds a day. 24. Wren came here for a ball game tonight. Our boys are doing fine. 25. Had a Thanksgiving program this afternoon. No one forgot his line. ll 25. Seniors had a surprise birthday party on Mr. Hills, and he really was surprised. ',. 26. Thanksgiving Day. We've lots to be thankful for--much more than we've realized. ll l 2. Seniors served for Teachers' Banquet. The chorus furnished entertainment. 4 lnformal pictures are to be taken. Now, let's have no delayment. ' 1 i 1 l'1 4. Played Oakwood here tonight. Everything's going swell. 11. We won over Payne. Will we be in the tournament? Only time will tell. ,ii li' 1 14. Seniors got their pictures today. Everybody's turned out fine. ' 17. High school had their Christmas Party. We really had a good time. 1 20. The chorus sang at an Oakwood Church. When we finished, they gave us all a treat. l 22. The school had a Christmas program, too. Of course, we thought it couldn't be beat. 'l l 23. Had a ball game at Hamler and it was our first defeat. l 30. But we won the Holiday tournament. Our boys are really neat. f 31. New Years Eve. We had a great big party. P 4. Had to be back to school again and everyone was tardy. 5. We won' the game with Van Del. It wasn't too awfully hard. 8. Antwerp tried to beat us too, but they were really iarred. 1.
