As third grade teach- er, Mrs. Spear ably helps the students bridge the gap from primary to intermedi ate, an extremely important task viewed from either teacher's or student's angle. Carrying a full time teaching load of academic subjects, Mrs. Rheudasil also teaches health education to both grade and high school girls, drinks coffee by the gallon, and maintains a stun- ning coiffure--nice person. jdCMEy For lack of a better adjective, Mrs Stricklin could be termed indispens able. Teaching first grade with tlr sureness and skill of a professional she is certainly to be lauded. aa ff ia il V' Fractions, decimals, punctuation, spelling- all those demons of the fifth grade level-seem to make sense when Mrs. Moore explains them.
