In this process, the solution of such major problems as ju enile delinquency, race preju- dice, and industrial maladjustments will result to no little extent from the efforts of intelligent teachers, teachers fearful of God. and saturated with a love for their fellow men. You are to be congratulated on having the privilege of serving at a time which later may be known as the era of the social sciences.
