It is the object of the F. B. L. A. to develop com- petent, aggressive business leadership, to create more interest and understanding in the intelligent choice of business occupations, to participate in worthy under- takings for the improvement of business and the community: and to develop character, train for useful citizenship, and foster patriotism. No meetings are held during the year, but money is raised for projects through the selling of candy in the school building during the noon hour. Pro- jects include the purchase of new equipment for the department, the furnishing of awards for outstanding achievements in shorthand for students in the graduat- ing class. and the operating of a typing and duplicating service for the school. churches, organizations. and business places of town. 63 STAGE CREW ir lmft to rxght James Palewlvh Charles Ixahler Demetrlux Marmon John Iaubach Mr Robert llmer Standlmz Auzustlne Tammma Jack Qvuxher Cary lwxher Charlex Purse-l Robert Chshvcln AUTO SHOP lurbt ron left to rlght Judson Cameron Thomas Achy James Qulck Robert Laubach Robert Stahl I-ondrd Xorty Jchn We-use berond ron bartn H111 Rodney Nephew Richard Weaver Wlllldm Alhut ln Wnllnm Co mbs Rnhard Cam Richard Broad!
